Stress Management Clinic offers CMU personnel a stress management service in various ways, such as breathing exercise, muscle relaxation, shifting the mindset and practicing meditation.
Stress is a feeling of emotional tension that occurs when one faces a problem or feels frustrated and under pressure. Stress is a normal human reaction that often happens, especially to the working-age people. It is because they have heavy responsibilities that cause stress easily, and it can lead to their working capability. There are different levels of stress from low to high.

There are several ways to relieve stress. Here are some quick stress relievers that help restore your chaotic feelings.
If you are stressed from work, doing some exercise can ease stress.
You must take a good rest after work so that you can get back to work effectively the next day.
Showing as well as hiding anger causes stress. To prevent subsequent problems, you should control your emotions and think carefully before doing something. If you feel happy, smile and talk to the others.
Healthy relationships among colleagues make you feel happy in your workplace as they give each other’s encouragement. Putting yourself in their shoes is another way you can foster a healthy relationship at the workplace.
Another way that makes you work effectively is to manage the time wisely. Don’t forget to give a freetime to enjoy yourself. Also, spend time with your family as it helps you feel less stressed.
It is common to have problems at the workplace. Being angry and unreasonable do not solve the problems, and it makes you even more stressed. If you are the part of a problem, you will also need to solve it yourself.
